    Hi Chris,

    I completely mis-spoke. I meant to say the last deal for $70,000 as being $69,000 in profit, instead I incorrectly said $89,000. And yes you are right, the profit on those deals is around $330,000 dollars. Sorry for any confusion.

    Great video, I have a question, when you start listing off how each deal was 100,000 90,000, etc, you ended that comment with thats almost all profit, but you then say that only comes to 89,000 dollars profit for you? if you add up all those deals it comes to 333,000 dollars, what am I missing?
